We are Guido, Julia, David and Baby Luca. We ensure that your stay at our beautiful Agriturismo "La Casetta" will be an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

 

Currently we have 6 renovated fully furnished apartments (bathroom, bedroom and open plan kitchen/living room, private terrace) of 50m2 each. There is also a large communal area right by the pool for games and dining (covered bar, board games, table tennis, foosball etc.).

 

If you feel like fruit, you can help yourself from the fruit trees of our 9 hectare property (figs, peaches, apricots, apples, olives, cherries and much more).

 

It's hard to put into words how beautiful the view is. I think we have the best view in the whole area! 🙂 We are the penultimate house on a cul de sac (no traffic!) and located on top of a hill (360 degree panoramic view).

 

But just look at the pictures – then you can see for yourself. To the west, just behind the picturesque rolling hills, you can see the mountains of "Monte Sibilini". To the east you can see the sea glittering on the horizon (12 km to the beach).

 

The large pool with sun loungers offers a direct view of the mountains. Above the pool is a relaxation area with hammocks. It's wonderfully quiet and you rarely hear anything but the birdsong and the wind through the trees.

 

Nevertheless, we are very centrally located. The picturesque village of "Montefiore dell'Aso" is only 4 minutes away by car. In the vicinity there is a reservoir, the Adriatic Sea and several towns and charming villages. There are beautiful cycling and hiking trails, beaches, challenging mountain hikes and many museums. In short, everything for a successful holiday.

 

A nature campsite with 10 pitches (tents and pitches) is also planned on the 9-hectare site from 2022.
